前几天在三台电脑：一台PC Windows 7 ，一台Surface Pro 1 中文版Windows 10 （ver 10586)，一台联想笔记本英文版 Windows 10 （Ver10586），前两台中文桌面版Onenote 2016，后一台英语桌面版Onenote 2016，做一个比较长的多贴图文件时发现那台联想笔记本英文版 Windows 10同步不了，出现了以下错误：We can’t sync the notebook because you’re offline or because the network location is unavailable. (Error code: 0xE4010641)如图（1）；图（2）图（1）图（2）在Web中打开，发现两台中文版机器中的内容一样，但英文版的机器就是同步不了。运行：onenote /safeboot图（3）图（3）
